Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) and practices serving communities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia.
Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and the residents of our community with special concern for the underserved.
We continually strive to mobilize resources in response to unmet community needs. We reach out to low income, uninsured and other under-served populations in recognition of the barriers to accessing health, dental and mental care that many of our neighbors face. These barriers include lack of health insurance, low-income status, lack of awareness, lack of transportation, shortage of health care providers nearby, lack of providers accepting medical assistance and so forth. We provide significant discounts for those who do not have health insurance and we do not turn anyone away from service.
