As a non-profit network of Community Health Centers, the ongoing mission of Cornerstone Care is to make mental healthcare affordable and accessible via telehealth for underserved communities in Southwestern Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia.

Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Patients can receive Psychiatry and Counseling services at our Burgettstown, Greensboro, Mount Morris, Washington, and Waynesburg Pennsylvania locations. We accept most major Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance plans. For those patients without insurance, services are available on a sliding fee scale. Our Psychiatry and Counseling team works hard to make sure our patients are receiving the highest quality of mental health care.

At Cornerstone Care, we aim to remove the stigma and financial barriers associated with Mental Health Care by providing accessible, affordable mental health services for those patients with insurance and those without insurance, by offering services on a sliding fee scale. Comprehensive Integrated Medical and Mental Health Care

At Cornerstone Care our providers work closely with each to ensure we are providing excellent medical and mental health care treatment. We have expanded our already existing integrated treatment model to include case managers - Integrated Care Coordinators who will be working alongside our medical professionals to assist patients in many ways such as:

  • Screening for Mental Health and Substance Use issues, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment
  • Assistance with issues with Transportation, Food, Childcare, Employment, and more
  • Smoking Cessation, Diabetes Education, Weight Loss Assistance, and more
  • Medical Education Materials for Patients and their Families
